* - These are original HITACHI devices (lateral MOSFETS) with the SOURCE on the case, and have unique transfer characteristics (cross over point to lower transconductance - less gain - at very low currents). You CANNOT substitute 'modern' MOSFETS for these devices, or thermal runaway will occur.
