OUR MADE-TO-ORDER CARTRIDGES ARE BUILT AND SHIP WITHIN 2 - 20 WORKING DAYS

RETURN POLICY: All Soundsmith B&O cartridges are individually hand-made and tested before shipping. All models are warranted against manufacturing defect for 2 years. UNOPENED units may be returned within 30 days for refund or purchase price minus 15% for restocking fee. Opened units may NOT be returned for refund – no, you cannot buy them for testing to see if your turntable works, and then return them. Opened units can be sold by you on Ebay or similar. Thank you.

Due to the Global Crisis and NEW YORK Executive order, Soundsmith is operating out of employee’s homes. This will delay our handmade items and date of shipping by 5-12 days depending on the product. Non-US customers PLEASE NOTE: VAT - IMPORT DUTY IS CHARGED IN MOST COUNTRIES. UPS may also charge additional brokerage fees. Please be aware that these fees will be collected from you at the time of delivery. We have no control over these charges - they are your responsibility. If you choose not to accept your shipment we cannot refund you for any hand made item. If you require tracking service, or if a signature is required, choose UPS.
