B&O Equipment repair costs All equipment will be automatically FULLY RESTORED and upgraded unless we find the cost to exceed the posted parts and labor limits. We can only find this out as we are performing repairs. One done, our full unit* warranty is always applied. . As we proceed, if we find the cost will exceed the limit, we will THEN call with a free estimate - This applies only to units that have been pre-approved for the posted limits. If we decide at our discretion, that your unit warrants an estimate, We will advise you before hand of how many hours of work are required to estimate repairs. This estimate is charged at an hourly rate of $110/Hour. The estimate charges will be credited towards the completed repair should you choose to have the complete work done. PLEASE NOTE: for Beocenter, Beosystems or any “combination unit” with problems in more than ONE SECTION, the maximum for EACH SECTION must be approved. Our ONE YEAR warranty covers the section worked (for combination systems) on or the complete unit, excluding only lasers, heads and motors unless those parts are replaced during repair. PHONO CARTRIDGES: We manufacture MANY new models of B&O cartridges, our designs have been approved by B&O Denmark.We do rebuild SOME old original B&O cartridge models as well (NOT the MMC5, 4, or 3).
