Dear Soundsmith team,

I don't need to tell you this, but Bang & Olufsen turntables are like driving a Ferrari: When they are running in tip-top shape, there is nothing like it.

But when they break down, good luck. I used the original cartridge for my Beogram 4002 for as long as I dared before damaging my vinyl (probably a bit further than I should have). It is not easy to find a replacement, as you know. After consulting with my audiophile buddies, I turned to Soundsmith. I just installed my Soundsmith SMMC 20E replacement. It is an absolute wonder.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me save this wonderful rig.

The sound is absolutely amazing. I will be highly recommending Soundsmith to my B&O brothers and sisters.
