Rebuild / retipping services - PLEASE use our page for RETIPPING - $295.95 + shipping (except where noted)
MMC2 - REBUILD for lost channel or distortion (ONLY IF the stylus and cantilever are intact/not broken).
MMC1 - REBUILD for lost channel or distortion (ONLY IF the stylus and cantilever are intact/not broken).
WE DO NOT rebuild the MMC5, MMC4, MMC3 - we do manufacture 5 replacement models in this range.
MMC10E and EN, MMC20E and EN (also MMC3000 - thru 6000) - We DO rebuild these for $150, $250 and $350 ($150 for Bonded Elliptical stylus, $250 for Nude Elliptical stylus, $350 for Boron CL) - Please specify which you wish us to use.
(For the MMC1 & 2's - we are often successful in our efforts, but if the stylus is worn, or if it is damaged during the rebuilding process and cannot be repaired, there is no charge. We do NOT rebuild the original MMC5, MMC4 or MMC3, or any other model of the SMMC20 series.
SP series styli - ($150 for Bonded Elliptical stylus, $250 for Nude Elliptical stylus)
Classic B&O® phono cartridges
NOTE: The SP series (pictured below) were the only B&O® cartridges that replacement styli were available for. They are no longer available from B&O, but we can rebuild these for $150 with a Bonded Elliptical stylus, or for $250 with a Nude Elliptical stylus. Use our web page for RETIPPING to arrange sending in yours.
This cartridge was used in early version of Model 3000 (type 52xx)!
